昨天清明節，全台許多大傢族同時舉行盛大掃墓儀式。每年人數冠全台的桃園縣新屋鄉葉氏傢族掃墓，昨有來自海內外七韆名子孫齊聚祖祠，祭品擺滿祖祠前廣場。
為環保不燒金紙
新屋葉五美宗祠管委會總經理葉倫競錶示，葉氏傢族祖祠建於一九六四年，原本是窯式穴塚，一九八四年重建成目前五層式陽塔，並約定每年清明節所有子孫一起祭祖。
葉倫競錶示，葉先祖葉春日於清雍正時期渡海來台，目前有一萬多名子孫，遍布海內外，每年迴來參加祭祖人數至少五韆人。今年為響應環保，不再燒金紙，省掉往年得燒掉六噸金紙。

兩百人拜開基祖
而全台最大單姓聚落台南市楠西區江傢古厝，昨天有兩百多子孫齊聚江傢祖墳前，依循古禮準備紅龜粿、三牲等祭品，焚香默禱後三跪九叩祭拜開基祖「阿太公」祖墳，錶慎終追遠傳統，提醒子孫不能忘本。古厝主事江晉清錶示，開基祖從清康熙自漳州遷移來台，後代子孫分支散葉在世界各地，已有五百多人。記者黎百代、李恩慈
