人氣火紅的日本女子團體「AKB48」，甜美臉蛋與魔鬼身材風靡許多粉絲，隊員闆野友美更成為近來日本少女整型的首選，不過不隻女生喜愛，現在就連「男性」都以她們為整型範本，甚至不惜變性。
據香港《東方日報》報導，當地著名整型醫院的院長高須乾彌透露，自從「第3屆AKB48人氣總選」舉辦後，竟然齣現「男性」客人上門要求以大島優子與前田敦子的容貌整型，形象較中性的宮澤佐江在整型榜單上也名列前茅，平均每天就有2至3位男性指定以AKB48為整型範本。
日本當地的整型業界對男性欲整得像AKB48的熱潮感到不可思議，甚至傳齣有瘋狂男粉絲為瞭接近AKB48，不惜變性，隻希望能成為隊中研究生，藉以接近AKB48。
