【石明啓╱桃園報導】受寒鼕影響，市麵上深受女性喜愛的澳洲品牌「ＵＧＧ」雪靴，多數都是仿冒品！警方日前在台北市五分埔商圈查獲四百多雙仿冒雪靴發現，業者趁過年期間，從大陸地區輸入，以真品價格的三分之一販售，警方將業者依違反《商標法》罪嫌送辦，成為國內警方首宗查獲「ＵＧＧ」商標雪靴案。
進價600元賣2韆
保智大隊警察據報，今年一月二十八日在五分埔商圈查獲專門販售仿冒ＵＧＧ雪靴商店，業者刻意以售價貼紙遮住商標，規避查緝，每雙標價約兩韆元。警方共起齣仿冒品四百多雙，侵權市價五百多萬元。警方調查，店傢負責人蘇姓女子（二十七歲）從去年十二月底起從大陸輸入，每雙進價六百至七百元，並在附近公寓租屋儲存，準備過年間大撈一筆。
久穿恐罹皮膚病
今年受反聖嬰現象影響，台灣比往年寒冷，雪靴産品受女性消費者喜愛。警方說，大多數市麵、網路販售ＵＧＧ雪靴都是仿冒品，售價約一韆多元，和真品價格相差三倍。ＵＧＧ雪靴真品鞋內採用純羊毛製品，每雙售價六至七韆元，但仿冒品使用化學原料謊稱毛料，鞋底材質不佳，車工粗糙，質感差，久穿不透氣，還可能罹患皮膚病。店傢負責人供稱不知涉侵權。警訊後依違反《商標法》罪送辦。
