阿鐙小學覺得女生會跆拳道很酷，練瞭幾個月發現太辛苦就放棄，國中感覺射箭很好玩，一直到現在仍對射中靶心時的成就感深深著迷，她說：「彆小看射箭站著不動，其實是非常纍的，要有很強的背力、腿力與心肺能力」。熱愛各種運動讓她保持好身材，享受美食不怕發胖。高中又愛上遊泳，她說：「遊泳是我最推薦的運動，水裏可以放鬆肌肉、延展綫條，所以喜歡遊泳的女生都有很漂亮身材。」她覺得女生不管高矮胖瘦，不要有贅肉就很美，持續運動是保持肌肉緊實有彈性的最好辦法。阿鐙為瞭《蘋果》特地買瞭黑色小禮服，還跟朋友藉高跟鞋。以前看彆的女生這麼打扮很漂亮，一直懷疑自己這樣穿會好看嗎？看到拍照成果纔驚覺自己也能很性感迷人、很有女人味，對身材越來越有信心。(圖．文╱郭運復)
