印度【李寜怡╱綜閤外電報導】印度地産開發商Lodha昨宣布，將耗資200億盧比（約137億元台幣），在孟買興建全球最高的住宅大樓WorldOne。大樓由華裔建築名傢貝聿銘創辦的事務所Pei Cobb Freed and Partners設計，樓高442公尺共117層，其中最豪華的復式公寓，售價可能高達5億盧比（約3.4億元台幣）。
每戶5韆萬起跳
WorldOne將座落於孟買市中心高級地段，佔地約2萬坪，Lodha宣稱會保留2、3韆坪為市民空間，讓WorldOne成城市地標。
大樓預定2014年完工，共容納276戶豪宅，每戶售價自7500萬盧比（約5164萬元台幣）起跳。Lodha錶示，已有部分單位被搶先下定，每坪單價約61至73萬元台幣。目前全球最高住宅是澳洲黃金海岸的Q1大樓，樓高323公尺，共78層。
