新北市昨上午9時在二重疏洪道舉行復閤型災害防救演習（圖），並首度納入地震引發海嘯、核災相關演練，現場不但模擬屋子遭海嘯沖入海時的直升機吊掛救援（圖2），還有地震時車輛從高樓摔下後的搶救，國軍也配閤齣動化學兵穿著防護衣，模擬核輻射外洩的除汙工作及救護，現場直升機、軍車、船艇、搜救犬及各式救災工具全到齊，共齣動1250人、150部各式車輛、30艘船艇、3架直升機，猶如一場災害搶救電影，視覺效果逼真。總統馬英九也到演習現場，他錶示防災比救災更重要，「防的好，救的需求就會減少」，並指示相關單位，要讓民眾得知災難應對方法及避難處所。文.圖╱黃子騰、陳建緯
