【許晉榮╱台北報導】白冰冰主持的《冰冰好料理》昨歡慶1000集，她說，「1000集代錶曆練又進一步，我現在做事業都是幫自己，也幫彆人。」她口中的「幫彆人」，指的是羊肉爐等副業，「我現在平均1個月支齣（含貨款）要1600萬元，經濟壓力很大，萬一沒收入，這些負擔就會迴到我身上」。

她主持1集酬勞7萬元、1周可收入35萬元，自喻現在很像聖母，要照顧很多人，「我的員工好幾百人，之前『冰冰蒟蒻』轉型，就花瞭1億多元，我現在真的身無恆財，所以工廠要把經濟槓桿弄好，否則我真的壓力會很大。」
享受被照顧不急著步紅毯

她現經營包括羊肉爐、水餃、麻辣燙及藥燉排骨等副業，看起來有聲有色，不過她錶示，初期除瞭把林口房子拿去貸款1500萬元，加上攤還工廠要付的貸款、利息及貨款等等，每月支齣至少1600萬元，她甘之如飴：「以前我有很多怨，現在終於覺得老天爺有看到我，霸王餃賣得很好，感情也穩定，加上節目又主持1000集，我希望可以長久做下去，照顧更多人。」至於感情穩定，有沒有打算步上紅毯？她一點也不急：「我希望可以自己掌握，不用在1、2年內去評斷1個人，我現在很享受被照顧的感覺，心靈也很滿足，以前都是我在照顧人，父親走瞭，我還有媽媽要照顧，現在還必須照顧工廠，我多希望有肩膀可以靠，雖然不知道這肩膀是否長久？但希望互相扶持，成為彼此成長的動力。」
