在捷運上時常可以看到一人使用兩個位置的景象，如果是尖峰時間，或是恰好遇到有人要坐，一般人通常都或挪齣座位來。但卻有網友直擊，有協和商工的學生在尖峰時刻一人霸佔三個座位，跟個大爺似的橫躺上麵，見到有人對他拍照還嗆聲「這又不是博愛座！」
15日晚間，有網友在捷運闆南綫上看到兩名身穿協和商工製服的學生，他們兩人就霸佔瞭4個位置，其中一人更是大喇喇的橫躺在座位上，用書包當枕頭，舒服的跟個大爺一樣。（如不見惡劣學生橫躺捷運當大爺，請至： http://www.nownews.com/2010/11/16/327-2664627.htm ）
捷運途中行經市政府、忠孝復興等人潮相當多的大站，橫躺的同學見拍攝者不斷與朋友猛虧「蘋果日報見」、「超靠盃的」、「超屌的！」他先是不好意思的起身，跟坐在對麵的同學抱怨「這附近都是學生，啊是會有人進來喔！」之後更怒嗆「這又不是博愛座！」然後用雨傘遮住臉。
從影片中可看見該班列車都是滿滿的學生，大傢對於這樣的行徑也覺得相當不可思議，並議論紛紛，有人錶示，該名學生原本隻是斜躺，但之後直接橫躺，還把腳放到對麵的座位上。
