【林錫淵、楊適吾╱高雄報導】高雄一名男子到麵食館買水餃，拿五十個一元硬幣付帳，不料店傢拒收，並要求退還水餃；他覺得受辱，稍晚拿瞭約兩韆枚一元銅闆，找瞭四名友人再去「光顧」，付瞭一百七十五個一元硬幣纔離去。
遭拒嗆「不閤法嗎」
陳先生嚮《蘋果》投訴，他本身也是經營小吃攤、所以收到的銅闆很多，前晚七時許他至鳳山區的「八百八麵食館」外帶十五粒水餃，以五十個一元硬幣支付；老闆娘卻拒收，不悅地說：「一元我們用不到，你可以把一元拿到超商消費。」還把剛交付的水餃收迴。因當時旁邊有很多客人，陳先生認為嚴重受辱，越想越氣：「難道一元硬幣不閤法？」，一小時後，他找四友人再去消費，還帶瞭裝有兩韆多枚一元硬幣的桶子。蘇姓老闆見狀道歉，「要吃什麼店裏請客。」陳先生堅持付錢。
業者辯沒時間數
蘇老闆昨對《蘋果》記者解釋，陳男來店時是晚餐尖峰時刻，實在沒時間數硬幣，「尖峰時間付帳用一元硬幣，也讓人聯想是不是故意的。」律師葉銘進說，顧客拿一元硬幣付帳並沒有不對，照理店傢不能拒絕，但店傢拒收也算不上公然侮辱。
