美國【張翠蘭╱綜閤外電報導】美國肯塔基州一名農夫柯索恩（Mark Cothren）近日在傢門前院射殺一隻神祕怪獸，牠全身無毛，有大耳朵和長尾巴，當地人未見過此類動物，網友也熱烈爭論牠是否為歐美怪談中的吸血怪獸「卓帕卡布拉」（chupacabra）。柯索恩本月18日發現這隻外觀奇特的動物，這隻怪獸體型相當於傢貓，有一對大耳朵、鬍須、灰色皮膚，但全身沒毛。柯索恩心想「動物都有毛發，牠全身無毛怎能撐過鼕季」，把影片放上網，引發網友討論，有人稱牠是浣熊或狗，也有人指牠是吸血怪獸「卓帕卡布拉」。
可能是患病浣熊
最早在1995年，有人指「卓帕卡布拉」齣沒在波多黎各的農場，吸乾8隻綿羊的血，數月後附近農場有數百隻動物的血被吸乾，美國德州、墨西哥，甚至智利都傳有人目擊牠齣沒，但沒人能證實牠的存在。
路易斯維爾動物園專傢剋利茲認為，這隻被射殺的動物，可能是患重有病掉毛的浣熊。柯索恩已經保存牠的屍體，並通報魚類暨野生動物署，準備送交分析，確認牠的身分。
