警界販毒醜聞【張沛森╱桃園報導】擁有一妻二妾、涉嫌販毒，掉包尿液收賄的桃園警分局巡佐黃子龍，因涉案情節重大、有串證之虞，昨與情婦杜廣敏均遭法官裁定收押。桃園縣警局昨也召開人評會，將黃子龍記兩大過免職，黃員曾任職的桃園、平鎮警分局直屬長官也因督導不周，分彆遭記兩次小過到申誡的處分。

九人督導不周受懲
檢警昨淩晨還在杜廣敏（四十二歲）的外甥女吳佩君（二十二歲、因僞造文書案判刑六個月通緝中）平鎮租屋處，查扣一包海洛因和疑似毒品的粉末半公斤，懷疑她協助黃、杜兩人販毒，吳女落網後隨即被送往龍潭女監服刑。桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官廖江憲指齣，黃子龍（五十歲）任職平鎮警分局刑事小隊長期間，於二○○七年八月查獲杜廣敏與另名男子持有毒品，當時查扣兩百七十萬元贓款卻不翼而飛，懷疑遭他侵吞；二○○九年六月間，黃還涉嫌收賄三十萬元，將一名毒販送驗的尿液掉包。廖江憲說，黃子龍因查緝毒品結識杜女，去年杜女還為他生下一個兒子，而黃亦曾多次開車載杜女與毒蟲接觸，並涉嫌協助販毒，因此遭聲押獲準。檢方一度考量杜女身體不適住院中，不擬羈押，但昨晨在杜女外甥女住處搜齣毒品，經詢問醫師杜女病情後，仍以有串證之虞嚮法院聲押獲準。桃園縣警局昨也懲處失職人員，除黃子龍記兩大過免職，桃園警分局長楊哲昌申誡兩次、隊長林武銘記過一次，並調離現職、副隊長高英傑申誡兩次；平鎮前分局長楊國本記過一次、前偵查隊長甘秉正記過兩次；前副分局長蕭貴賓、廖慶文、蔡坤勇各申誡兩次，偵查隊副隊長林宗星記過一次。
