【鄧玉瑩、許淑惠╱台中報導】電影《神鬼交鋒》真實版在台灣上演，但結局大不同！國小畢業的詐欺通緝犯王麥文不但躲過十年追訴期，還用冒名到律師事務所當法務，甚至齣庭打官司，直到去年檢警追查一件假債權案，纔揪齣他的真實身分。台中地檢署昨依僞造文書、詐欺罪嫌將王男起訴。《神鬼交鋒》敘述美國天纔少年魏法蘭假冒機長、醫師、律師並僞造支票、本票，四處行騙的真實案件，魏法蘭落網後被FBI吸收成為辦案高手，取代刑罰。但王麥文沒那麼幸運，落網後被羈押至今，昨移審法院，法官認為他有逃亡之虞，裁定續押。曾僱用王男的律師事務所昨都不願錶示意見。
大膽為人打官司
王麥文（四十八歲）一九九七年因詐欺、侵占案被通緝，他花八萬元購買變造身分證冒名「李正義」，並自修六法全書，佯稱畢業自東海大學法律係，先後在中市遠揚、鴻丞等律師事務所上班，因招攬業務能力強，升任主管。他曾以「李正義」身分，為當事人齣庭打官司，騙過檢察官、書記、庭務員，讓他膽子更大。
五年前，王建議一件債務官司的債務人林秀月，簽兩張各五百萬元的本票製作假債權，減少被債權人強製執行拍賣財産的損失，被債權人楊子榮發現提告。檢方去年十二月拘提王到案，纔揭露他的真實身分。
王躲通緝期間，還享受多年齊人之福，賀姓女友為他生下一名女兒，他又劈腿洪姓女同事。但去年王被收押後，賀女無力付房貸，春節前已售屋搬離。
