趣味新聞網記者特別報導 : 總統府副秘書長葉金川緊急上陣救火，接下衛生署長，今天一早他就先進入衛生署聽取簡報，瞭解相關業務；不過有關三聚氰胺的處理後續，要到下午交接後纔會對外說明。毒奶事件成為馬政府麵臨上任來最大的危機，抗SARS英雄葉金川再度挺身而齣，足見他對馬總統的義氣，當然也顯示他在馬團隊中是相當受到總統信任的。 .....
總統府副秘書長葉金川緊急上陣救火，接下衛生署長，今天一早他就先進入衛生署聽取簡報，瞭解相關業務；不過有關三聚氰胺的處理後續，要到下午交接後纔會對外說明。毒奶事件成為馬政府麵臨上任來最大的危機，抗SARS英雄葉金川再度挺身而齣，足見他對馬總統的義氣，當然也顯示他在馬團隊中是相當受到總統信任的。
總統府副秘書長葉金川：「下午會開記者會。」記者：「署長是不是跟我們講一下決定。」葉金川：「下午會開記者會，5點。」
前一天晚上9點纔點頭接下署長的職位，不到12個小時，總統府副秘書長葉金川已經現身衛生署，開會聽簡報，掌握相關業務進度。葉金川：「4點會交接，那5點我會開記者會。」記者：「所以剛剛在開會的過程當中…。」葉金川：「要讓我準備啊。」記者：「大概都已經討論過瞭？」葉金川：「讓我準備完，下午再講。」
衛生署的駐衛警又推又擠，差點讓攝影機跌個滿地，但明明葉金川不慌不忙笑著迴答記者問題，不知道警衛在緊張什麼。
其實葉金川嚮來就是好個性，尤其對馬總統，更是永遠的情義相挺，從2003年的抗煞英雄，現在要變身為掃毒急先鋒。
馬政府上任來支持度跌破新低，毒奶風暴蔓延的關鍵時刻，馬總統再度派齣最信任的左右手葉金川披掛上場，隻希望能順利化解危機，救援成功。
