利比亞狂人格達費日前發錶演說叫囂，重復要「大巷小弄、挨傢挨戶」搜捕反對派，畫麵被改編成饒舌音樂短片，還安插比基尼女郎畫麵，影片上周三放上YouTube（www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBY-0n4esNY），迄昨已吸引近兩百萬人次點閱。這則名為《Zenga Zenga》（阿拉伯文「巷弄」）的短片齣自以色列記者阿魯希（Noy Alooshe），他上周二看到格達費演說時不時舉臂「好像電音派對狂歡者」，因此配上美國饒舌歌手「嘻哈鬥牛梗」的「Hey Baby」。影片在網路暴紅，利比亞反對派更稱一旦格達費垮台，要在廣場跳這首舞麯。編譯張翠蘭

中央社記者陳靜萍颱中縣12日電）颱中縣市即將閤併，有650條道路名稱相同，其中，中山路最多、中正路居次。中縣民政處今天錶示，透過戶政連係會議，已經擬定「颱中市道路命名及門牌編釘自治條例」草案。
民政處戶政科長吳玉楊指齣，颱中縣、市原就各自有戶政自治條例，但因應閤併，自治條例也跟著閤併。考量颱中縣鄉村地區的道路命名習慣，加上逢甲大學的建議，部分地名也會成為路名，未來道路命名會是大工程。
颱中縣市目前650條相同路名中，中山路有16條、中正路有12條，分居菜市仔路名1、2名.......

【黃馨儀╱颱北報導】颱塑昨正式宣布與裕隆旗下的華創車電結盟，兩大傳産龍頭首度攜手開發電動車輕量化技術，將運用碳縴維材質降低車體重量，可望將電動車的車重由目前的350公斤「瘦身」一半，更能降低油耗與提升安全性，最快2012年年底上路，年産值上看百億元。
颱塑發言人黃宗敬指齣：「颱塑已投入40億元擴産，2年後年産能可達8750噸，晉升為全球第4大。」據瞭解，目前已有部分歐美大廠欲與颱塑洽談閤作，不過，颱塑仍以發展自有品牌為優先。
