【記者林益民╱台北報導】檢調偵辦國內安非他命地下製毒工廠，發現近來製毒原料麻黃鹼的來源大多是感冒藥，特彆成立「救源專案」，查齣國內有三大「洗藥」集團，其中製毒規模最大的「百富」集團，光去年就洗掉一億錠感冒藥，估計製成三公噸安非他命。
製成三公噸安毒
調查局形容國內製毒工廠數目「就像便利商店一樣多」，今年八月六日成立「救源專案」，希望全麵消滅感冒藥製毒及販毒集團，日前發現該市場由國內北中南三大集團掌控，且集團成員都有藥商背景。
桃園地檢署鎖定其中規模最大的「百富」集團，上周起陸續搜索約談七十傢藥商、醫療診所、藥局等處所，查扣「鼻速剋錠」二百萬錠，並將集團成員陳一宏、黃子祐約談到案。
調查局指齣，「百富」集團利用百富藥品等公司，以「藉牌購藥」、「虛設行號購藥」嚮國內十多傢藥廠，大量購買含有高劑量麻黃鹼的感冒藥，去年洗掉感冒藥高達一億錠，每錠成本六角至八角，共可萃取六公噸麻黃鹼，製成三公噸安非他命成品，轉賣至少獲利三倍。
